We have built our company to allow our new affiliations to maintain independent brands and ensure that their unique identity and community bond remain consistent while providing exceptional dentistry.

In 2007, Richard Miller, DMD, founded what later became ADB. Upon completing dental school, Dr. Miller was afforded the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a high-volume practice. While he was able to vastly expand his clinical skills, he realized that his passion in dentistry centered around providing comprehensive care in a state of the art environment. To pursue that passion, he purchased his first practice in Andover, MA, in 2007. His commitment to this philosophy, allowed him to steadily grow his company and led to the creation of ADB.

ADB prides itself on developing and providing the tools and resources for dentists to achieve their goals, without using a cookie-cutter approach to practice development. We have successfully grown our company with a low insurance dependence in a multi-specialty environment.

The variety of tools and resources we provide include, marketing support, recruiting assistance, human resource guidance, payroll and accounting, IT services, our independently run, state-of-the-art dental laboratory, access to continuing education and training and education for support staff.
