Meet Wendy Flanagan
Wendy Flanagan joined Advanced Dental Brands in September 2024. She has held numerous positions throughout her career journey in the dental area of healthcare. With over 30 years of diverse experience in general dentistry, orthodontics, and various other specialties, Wendy has established herself as a seasoned leader in the dental industry. Wendy most recently served in Senior Vice President of Operations roles at both Specialty Dental Brands and Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners. Wendy also severed in a Vice President of Operations role at Great Expression Dental Centers where she was awarded the distinguished Stevie Award Winner for Women in Business: Female Executive of the Year, Consumer Services; Great Expressions Dental Centers, Bronze Award.
Wendy oversees the day-to-day operations at ADB. This includes optimizing workflow within all lines of business, managing budgets and expenses, improving efficiencies within each practice, and fostering a positive work culture environment. As a dental operations leader, her strategic focus is the dedication to building relationships with team members, driving positive performance, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive as one. The power of collaboration, nurturing relationships, and empowering others to achieve their full potential is Wendy’s philosophy of success and achievement.
Looking forward, Wendy’s focus is continuing to build upon the positive culture within the ADB family and achieving the greatest potential in operational success. Outside of the office, Wendy spends time with her husband, Stacey, and beloved Bichon Frise pup, Momo! She enjoys hiking, boating, and all things outdoors. She is also a huge sports fan; all sports and all teams.
