Meet Marisa Dolce

Marisa joined Advanced Dental Brands late in 2023 taking on the role of Vice President of Dental Hygiene to oversee hygiene clinical and business operations across the platform.

Beginning with a formidable career in clinical hygiene, she then advanced to roles as clinical educator, dental sales, and speaker for OraPharma Inc. Marisa then transitioned into the DSO industry in hygiene leadership roles for 16 years. She held a national position at Great Expressions Dental Centers and Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners developing and supporting leadership teams with oversight for 250 dental practices.

Prior to joining ADB, she worked as a hygiene consultant providing strategies for effective clinical program design, hygiene operational systems, training and leadership development as founder at Oral Health Solutions.
