Meet Leigh Feenburg

Leigh Feenburg, son of a physician, developed a passion for medicine and human anatomy early in life, which shaped his career in health care. Today, as a proven innovator and thought leader, Leigh has made a lasting impact on the dental industry.

Previously, Leigh’s strategic vision as CEO of Mid-Atlantic Partners helped them rise to become one of the top Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) in the country, ranked #4 in the 2022 Gator100. He also served as VP of Operations at Great Expressions Dental Centers, where he was instrumental in expanding the network to over 340 practices nationwide.

Now, as CEO of Advanced Dental Brands—a leading dental partnership group with nearly 40 offices across 7 states in the Northeast U.S.—Leigh leads a team of business experts, clinicians, and care professionals. Together, they provide a wide range of general dentistry and specialty services aimed at improving the lives of patients.

Leigh is a proud graduate of the University of Florida, holding a BS in Health Education and Behavioral Science. Throughout his career, he has exemplified servant leadership and professional excellence, contributing to job creation and industry innovation while maintaining his focus on improving lives and mentoring others.
