Meet Kristen Mandich

Kristen Mandich supports Advanced Dental Brands as Vice President of Orthodontics & Pediatrics. With more than 15 years spent serving in healthcare, her current goal is to significantly expand the existing orthodontics program to include both traditional orthodontics and clear aligner therapy while introducing a strong pediatric service line. Her focus is on merging strong clinical skillsets with excellent experiences to make confident, healthy smiles a possibility for every patient.

Of her healthcare experience, 10 years were dedicated to dental in operational focused roles. While serving for a large Michigan based DSO, she supported Orthodontists, General Dentists, all disciplines of Specialists and Hygienists. During her tenure she was recognized for training and onboarding development that increased retention both clinically and administratively and was celebrated as one of Crain’s Notable Women in Healthcare for her dedication to mentorship.

As a servant leader, her passion is people and her purpose is growing and developing emerging leaders. Her strength is building teams who represent consistency, results and growth mindsets. Her desire for connection and networking extends to her personal life where she represents several running groups as an ambassador, practices yoga and loves a good coffee shop!
