Meet Kerstin Marrama

Since joining Advanced Dental Brands in May 2020, Kerstin Marrama has served in key leadership roles within the organization and currently holds the position of Chief People Officer, while continuing to support departments across the organization. She has been crucial in the onboarding of several acquisitions and in establishing the partnership with HIG. With over seven years in the dental field, Kerstin’s enthusiasm for strategy, employee relations, and business partnerships was developed during her more than 20 years in operational leadership roles in retail. This unique background equips her to view HR support through both a human resources and operational lens.

Kerstin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
