Meet Pamela Holder

Pamela Holder serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Advanced Dental Brands, bringing over 15 years of expertise in the revenue cycle and DSO (Dental Support Organization) space. A recognized leader in scaling operations and change management, she was honored with the Stevie Bronze Medal for National Businesswoman of the Year in 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Oakland University.

Pamela’s dedication to service extends beyond the corporate world. She has directed a children’s choir, led an urban youth group, and volunteered for Meals on Wheels, demonstrating her passion for community engagement.

Outside of work, Pamela enjoys gardening, cooking, and cherishing time with her family. Additionally, Pamela is a loving wife, mother, grandmother (known as “Mimi”), an emotional support human for a very needy dog, and an accomplished euchre player.
